Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector (NGAS) is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst (ISA3) Program-PERSEC/Admin/PHYSEC/Security Education Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in St. Augustine, FL.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will handle procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
  • Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
  • Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
  • Prepares manuals outlining regulations and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
  • Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
  • Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is included including currency of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures
  • Audit both unclassified and classified personnel files

This position will be 1st shift, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with 5 years of security experience; Masters Degree with 3 years of security experience; OR an additional 4 years of security experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope (within 6 years of last review) and the ability to obtain and maintain at the Top Secret level

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

  • Experience with Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products

  • Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals

  • Knowledgeable with all physical security requirements within UL 2050, NISPOM and ICD 705

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs).

  • Experience with SLOPACS and DISS

  • Prior Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) Experience

  • Experience leading small teams

  • Experience with SAP inspections and a record of Satisfactory compliance ratings

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

  • Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets

  • Excellent writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communication

  • Organized and efficient at time management

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate''s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
