Job Summary (Principal Information System Security Officer ISSO):
- Serve as a senior cybersecurity leader overseeing secure-by-design principles across enterprise Agile Release Trains (ARTs). - Act as a strategic liaison between business, technology, architecture, and cybersecurity teams. - Integrate security requirements into system designs from project inception to minimize technical debt and remediation costs. - Ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory, industry, and enterprise security frameworks. - Identify, evaluate, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across enterprise portfolios. - Guide solution and enterprise architects in making secure design decisions. - Support and improve enterprise-wide security governance, continuous monitoring, and threat management. - Influence and collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders. - Foster and promote a culture of security and compliance across the organization. - Leverage deep knowledge of security architecture, risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, FedRAMP), and secure SDLC practices. - Integrate cybersecurity best practices within SAFe or enterprise Agile Release Trains (ARTs). - Prefer candidates with CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GSLC, or SAFe certifications. - Require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
