Imagine being the person who keeps an entire site humming—from the laptop in a new hire’s hands to the platform services that connect teams across the globe. In this Columbia, SC–based hybrid role, you’ll report to the Manager, Windows & Platform Services and serve as the linchpin between our users and our platforms.
Your mission
Safeguard productivity and reliability. You’ll tackle first- and second-line support, orchestrate endpoint deployments, and coordinate with global IT to roll out upgrades, patches, and new technologies. You’ll keep a watchful eye on local infrastructure, escalate what’s critical, and capture the story of every incident and asset through thorough documentation.
The impact you'll make
- Act as the local authority for incidents and service requests—seeing each through to resolution.
- Deliver L1/L2 support across hardware, software, and networking.
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Partner with global teams on system upgrades, patch management, and new tech deployments.
- Monitor infrastructure health and escalate urgent issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate incident, solution, and asset inventory records.
- Provide exceptional support to both onsite and remote users, communicating with clarity.
- Uphold IT security procedures and best practices.
- Enable smooth onboarding/offboarding with account setups and equipment provisioning.
- Contribute to projects, audits, and disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
What sets you up for success
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years working with Active Directory, remote support tools, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience using Microsoft SCCM.
- Proven delivery of virtual desktop deployments.

Hybrid role at the Columbia, SC Facility, reporting to the Manager, Windows & Platform Services.
Compensation
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
