ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Principal Leadership & Change Specialist, you will partner with multi-disciplinary delivery teams and senior clients across industries to deliver transformative leadership strategies and organizational solutions that drive breakthrough
impact. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping to shape leadership capabilities, culture, and change management initiatives that enable sustainable business performance.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Oliver Wyman partners, client executives, and cross-functional teams including strategy, operations, technology, and human capital experts. You will lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, executive coaching, and organizational transformation initiatives that align leadership behaviors with strategic business goals.
You will be a hands-on leader and mentor, guiding client leaders and internal teams through complex challenges related to leadership effectiveness, talent development, and organizational change. Your expertise will help clients navigate uncertainty, build resilient leadership pipelines, and foster inclusive,
high-performing cultures.
You will work flexibly across client sites and Oliver Wyman offices, with occasional travel to engage directly with clients and teams.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $195K-$265K.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
