Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI solution design.
- Proficiency in agentic AI systems, MCP, vector databases, and generative AI platforms.
- Experience in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
- Experience with Python, MLOps, software engineering best practices, and microservices architecture.
- Experience in unstructured data processing, NLP, model deployment, and AI proof-of-concept development.
- Strong communication skills with experience driving technical strategy and influencing architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
- Design scalable AI platforms supporting retrieval, orchestration, and knowledge-based workflows.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling for production adoption.
- Develop prototypes, reference implementations, and production-ready machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define AI system standards and roadmaps.
- Guide technical direction across AI initiatives while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
