Your Mission
Architect, design, and refine advanced mechanical systems that balance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, holding scope, schedule, and budget to plan.
Provide technical vision and resolve high-stakes engineering challenges with data-driven decisions.
Run sophisticated simulations and tests to verify function and durability; drive design optimization.
Authorize drawings, models, and prototypes to release; ensure alignment with ISO and ASME standards.
Coordinate closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams and collaborate with clients and suppliers.
Develop talent by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers in techniques, reviews, and best practices.
Advance continuous improvement and adopt emerging methods and tools that elevate engineering outcomes.
What It Takes
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of mechanical engineering experience with proven program leadership.
Advanced command of CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with CAD/CAM integration.
Deep knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, and modern manufacturing techniques.
Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously across the full product development lifecycle.
Experience working within regulatory frameworks and industry standards (ISO, ASME).

3D modeling and 2D drawings with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Industrial controls and system integration.
