Divine Savior Holy Angels High School is an all-girls Catholic college preparatory school of approximately 630 students in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, sponsored by the Sisters of the Divine Savior. The Opportunity
DSHA seeks a Principal to lead the academic and student life of one of the strongest Catholic secondary schools in the country, beginning July 1, 2027. Above all, DSHA seeks a leader who will carry forward the charism of the Sisters of the Divine Savior and the Catholic values at the heart of this school. The Principal reports to the President, serves on the Senior Team, and leads a faculty and staff of more than sixty.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a minister of the Church and a visible faith leader to students, faculty, families, and the wider community
Set and articulate a clear vision for where the academic program needs to go, and lead the school there
Serve as instructional leader and continue taking teaching and learning to the highest levels
Recruit, hire, evaluate, develop, and retain an outstanding faculty
Lead faculty formation in the Salvatorian charism and in Catholic identity
Sustain and develop the Salvatorian Family House System and the sense of belonging it creates
Oversee accreditation and ensure the school meets or exceeds all standards of Cognia, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, and the State of Wisconsin
Be present and accessible in the daily life of the school, known to students by name and familiar to faculty and families
Required Qualifications
A practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church, prepared to serve as a minister of the Church, knowledgeable in and embracing of Catholic teaching, and able to articulate Catholic social teaching
Master''s degree in educational leadership, administration, or a related field
Significant progressive leadership experience in a school setting, ordinarily seven or more years
Demonstrated experience supervising, evaluating, and developing faculty
Evidence of instructional leadership that improved teaching quality or student outcomes
Demonstrated ability to lead academic growth in partnership with an experienced faculty
Willingness to maintain the visible, evening and weekend presence the role requires
Eligibility for Wisconsin administrator licensure, or willingness to obtain it
Preferred Qualifications
Secondary school experience, ideally in a college preparatory setting
Experience within a president and principal or similar shared leadership model
Experience in a sponsored school, or demonstrated understanding of a founding charism
Experience with accreditation processes
