Principal Oracle Health Integration Architect

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Principal Integration Architect to lead integration strategy, solution design, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement for Oracle Health implementation, migration, and transformation programs. The role serves as the technical lead for integration workstreams, providing oversight across system design, interoperability, testing, governance, risk management, and project delivery to ensure successful client outcomes.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $103,000 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integration strategy, solution design, and technical delivery across Oracle Health implementation and migration projects.
  • Manage complex client engagements and serve as the primary escalation point for integration-related issues and risks.
  • Develop and oversee domain, integration, testing, change management, and governance strategies.
  • Define and validate integration architecture, system interfaces, and interoperability solutions across Oracle Health and third-party systems.
  • Develop and apply expertise in Oracle Health iBus & CAMM6 / 7 integration framework to support healthcare interoperability and system connectivity initiatives. This includes designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining iBus-based integrations between Oracle Health solutions and external clinical, financial, and operational systems.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams to ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to define integration requirements, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to integration methodologies, operational processes, and delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 6 - 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Health, healthcare technology, integration architecture, implementation consulting, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Experience leading large-scale healthcare implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
  • Experience managing client relationships, technical delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Oracle Health & Healthcare Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture and healthcare workflows.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle solutions.
  • Knowledge of PowerChart, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory, Orders Management, and related clinical workflows.
  • Healthcare industry experience with interoperability and healthcare technology implementations.
