Principal Partner Delivery Success Manager

Job Category: Professional Services

Location: US - Massachusetts - Remote

Meet Our Team:

Join Pega at a pivotal moment of transformation — as a Partner Delivery Success Manager (PDSM) owning the delivery success and enablement programs of Pega's strategic partners across the Americas region . Every major business is reimagining how it works. As a recognised industry leader in strategic business applications — celebrated by analysts at Forrester and Gartner — Pega partners with the world's leading Systems Integrators to transform how enterprises deliver outcomes at scale. Our Partner team is at the heart of that mission, and this role sits right at its leading edge.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

As a Partner Delivery Success Manager, you will play a strategic, advisory role within Pega's partner ecosystem — working exclusively with major Global System Integrators to drive delivery transformation and practice excellence. This is a high-impact role on reshaping how our partners implement Pega at scale, embedding modern delivery methodologies.

Operating across the practice, individual, and project levels, you will engage with partner executives and delivery leaders to define enablement strategies, build community, and influence how an entire region approaches Pega delivery. You will have a genuine seat at the table — shaping regional strategy and operating with the kind of autonomy that allows you to make a real and lasting difference.

What You'll Do at Pega:

+ Lead strategic engagement with Pega strategic partners, driving delivery excellence and transforming partner delivery practices at a programmatic level

+ Champion the adoption of Pega's modern delivery approaches — particularly Blueprint Delivered — across partner organisations, engaging at both executive and practitioner levels

+ Proactively support partners in achieving and sustaining delivery health, intervening strategically when challenges arise rather than managing at the operational detail

+ Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior delivery leaders and partner executives, influencing with empathy across complex, matrixed organisations

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Pega's Alliance, GTM, Sales, and Consulting teams to align on partner capacity, enablement needs, and strategic priorities across the region

+ Design and lead enablement programs that up-skill partner teams, embedding Pega best practices into their delivery methodology and project lifecycle

+ Advise on and contribute to the development of technical enablement content, representing the voice of the partner ecosystem

+ Manage a strategic view of partner project health across your region, identifying risks early and coordinating appropriate support

+ Identify and develop community-building opportunities across the regional delivery ecosystem, elevating Pega's profile and value within partner organisations

Who You Are:

You bring a rare combination of delivery credibility and strategic thinking — someone who has within complex delivery environments and understands the partner world. You may have come from a major Systems Integrator or Consulting organisation and you know what it takes to drive change across large, matrixed partner practices.

You are a natural influencer — someone who can persuade, inspire, and build consensus without relying on direct authority. You possess high levels of empathy, patience, and cultural intelligence, and you thrive when working across diverse international contexts.

While deep Pega experience is advantageous, it is not essential. You can also come from broader enterprise software delivery backgrounds with the right partner ecosystem experience and strategic mindset.

+ Demonstrable professional experience in delivery success, partner engagement, or strategic enablement within enterprise technology environments

+ Proven background in working with large System Integrators or Consulting organisations, with a strong understanding of enterprise delivery methodologies

+ Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and build trust at executive level across culturally diverse environments

+ A strategic, programmatic thinker who can see the big picture and drive change at scale — without getting pulled into the operational detail

+ International experience and genuine comfort working across multiple countries and cultures.

+ Experience in technical delivery enablement programs is a strong advantage

What You've Accomplished:

You have successfully driven delivery transformation and enablement initiatives within partner or SI organisations, and you have a strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders across complex, international environments. You've shaped programs, built communities, and left delivery practices stronger than you found them — and you're ready to do the same across one of Pega's most exciting and dynamic regions.

Pega Offers You:

+ A rapidly growing yet well-established business, with the stability of a market leader and the energy of a company still evolving

+ The opportunity to work with the world's leading Strategic Consulting and Systems Integrators across a diverse and dynamic region

+ Significant autonomy to shape, define, and execute the regional partner delivery strategy — this is a role where your impact will be visible and lasting

+ Analyst acclaimed technology leadership in a massive emerging market, with direct exposure to cutting-edge GenAI technologies including Blueprint

+ The world's most innovative organisations as referenceable clients and partners
