We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager - Technical (PMT) to work with us building delightful shopping experiences to drive brand growth as measured by their attributed sales. Our vision is to deliver highly personalized, context-aware brand storefronts that adapts to individual shopper preferences, scales across diverse surfaces, remains relevant to seasonal and event-driven moments, and integrates seamlessly with the new sponsored and organic experiences our partners in Ads and Retail are building, such as the new sponsored brand agent, A-Plus content.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Charter and execute a course for delivering customized, differentiated shopping experiences in Brand Stores and for different customer cohorts • Develop a strong collaboration with Amazon Stores partners and Ads partners for prioritization and execution of new product features, CX experiences and monetization strategies • Obsess over your customers and work backwards to define tenets, customer experiences, long-term goals, focus areas and key success metrics • Develop and present working backwards documents and product plans • Influence senior leaders across Amazon by proactively communicating your vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Amazons core leadership principles
