Job Description:
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to own and drive new product initiatives from 0–1, leading strategy, development, and launch of customer-facing digital products with clear business impact.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own a defined customer outcome (conversion, revenue, engagement, etc.) and drive measurable impact
- Lead 0–1 product development from concept through market launch (no inherited products)
- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap
- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and define product hypotheses
- Translate business goals into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Identify new "greenfield” opportunities and bring new product ideas to market
- Track performance metrics post-launch and optimize based on data and outcomes
- Present product strategy and results to senior and executive stakeholders
Requirements:
Must-Haves:- Proven experience launching a product from 0–1 (concept to market) — NOT inheriting existing products
- Strong track record of owning product outcomes and driving measurable business impact (conversion, revenue, retention, etc.)
- B2C digital product experience (web, mobile, eCommerce, subscription, or similar)
- Experience building products in ambiguous, greenfield environments
- Ability to define value proposition, success metrics, and measure performance post-launch
- Strong business acumen — must understand revenue impact, not just technical delivery
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
- Ability to translate business requirements clearly for technical teams
- 6 years of Product Management experience
Nice-to-Haves:- Experience in both enterprise and startup environments
- Experience with conversion optimization and customer journey improvements
- Experience in subscription or loyalty-based products
- Exposure to restaurant, retail, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and product analytics tools
