Job Summary (List Format): Principal Product Manager Rail Operations & Service Recovery

- Define and lead the multi-year product strategy and vision for Rail Incident Management and Service Recovery across enterprise operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between rail operations, executive leadership, technology partners, and customer experience teams.
- Prioritize product investment and feature backlog based on operational risk, customer impact, business value, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Agile/SAFe delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of product roadmap milestones.
- Establish product governance frameworks and manage cross-functional dependencies for alignment with safety standards and operational policies.
- Lead discovery initiatives to gather detailed requirements and user workflows from field and control center personnel.
- Evaluate product performance and operational resilience using data analytics, metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver clear executive briefings on strategy, progress, risks, dependencies, and ROI.
- Leverage advanced proficiency in product management tools such as Jira Align, Confluence, Visio, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Apply strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills in complex, high-stakes environments.
