The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech with MarTech/AdTech, Growth, or Personalization experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team. This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times. Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of technical product or program management experience - 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders - Experience with AI/ML technologies Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Previous MarTech, AdTech, Growth, or Personalization experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
