Job Overview
The Principal, Program Management is responsible for planning, executing, and driving strategic programs with the working team to meet milestones and deliverables in support of Supply Chain Strategy. The role works cross-functionally with supply chain, technology, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment, collaboration, execution, and results. This position requires the ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the Supply Chain organization while maintaining a global perspective of impacts on the entire enterprise. The Principal, Program Management manages multiple large projects simultaneously and demonstrates solid problem-solving and decision-making skills. The role reports directly to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Strategy.

Who You Are
Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in Supply Chain. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision. Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
