About the Role:
Join Legion Technical Solutions LLC as a Principal RF Engineer 4, where you will lead innovative projects in the heart of Colorado Springs, CO. Be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of RF technology and making a significant impact in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of RF systems and components.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of RF circuits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare and present technical documentation and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest RF technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in project planning and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in RF engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RF design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with antenna design and testing is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership experience in engineering projects.
- Security Clearance Required – TS/SCI w/ Poly
