Position Overview
Analog Devices’ Advanced Physical Technology (APT) group is seeking a seasoned Principal Robotics Systems Architect (Motion Control, Sensor Fusion & Power Electronics) to architect and lead the development of next-generation robotic motion systems. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive the system-level hardware design and integration of advanced motor drive, actuation, and sensing solutions for real-world robotics applications. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record delivering innovative motion systems at scale, ideally in leading robotics or automation companies.
You’ll set the direction for high-performance robotic BLDC/PMSM drive hardware, power electronics (including GaN FET-based motor drivers), and sensor fusion. You will partner closely with cross-disciplinary teams from concept through productization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of robotics at the system level with ADI’s strong IC solutions.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $157,080 to $227,460.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
