Job Title: Principal Robotics Systems Architect – Vision, Sensor Fusion & Intelligent Motion

Position Overview
Analog Devices' Advanced Physical Technology (APT) group is building next-generation intelligent robotic motion systems that tightly integrate sensing, perception, decision-making, and actuation.
We are seeking a Principal Robotics Systems Architect to lead the development of robotic perception and action platforms spanning vision systems, sensor fusion, motion control, edge AI, and intelligent manipulation.
In this role, you will architect complete robotic systems that transform multimodal sensor inputs - including RGB cameras, depth vision sensors, and force/torque/tactile sensors - into robust autonomous actions. You will work across perception, motor control, embedded computing, AI, and electromechanical systems to create high-performance robotic platforms for real-world applications.
This position is ideal for hands-on robotics leaders who have built and deployed robots from concept to field deployment and possess deep expertise in integrating vision, sensing, decision-making, and actuation into a cohesive robotic system.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $157,080 to $227,460.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
