Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform''s capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity

- SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules
- Proven ability to Manage manufacturing and quality teams, ensuring on-time delivery across production and quality workstreams
Core Functional Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of PP processes:
o Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning
o Production Orders, Planned Orders, Shop Floor Control
o Batch Management, Serial Number Management
- Strong knowledge of QM processes:
o Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications
o Incoming, In-process, and Outgoing Quality Checks
o Vendor Quality Management and Audit processes
- Understanding of integration points with MM, SD, EWM, PM, and Finance
SAP Configuration Skills
- Hands-on configuration experience in S/4HANA PP & QM modules
Integration & Technical Awareness
- Awareness of interfaces and integrations: MES, EWM, PLM, external quality systems
Project & Delivery Experience
- Experience in multiple SAP PP/QM implementations including minimum one S/4HANA implementations
- Expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle:
o Blueprinting, Fit-Gap Analysis, Configuration
o Data Migration, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live
- Strong experience in Agile / hybrid delivery models
- Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
