Principal Scientist - Generative AI Research | RD5004

We seek a highly experienced Generative AI Researcher who has worked extensively with Large Language Models. Your role will be to research and oversee the development of generative AI products that incorporate these models to create advanced artificial characters. Responsibilities Using ML/AI algorithms to support content creation and provide clients with various feature support. Focusing on new technologies for Speech Synthesis (TTS) and Large Language Models (LLM) Training large language models and monitoring data processing pipelines. Being on top of the latest conversational AI research. Focusing on research publications and participating in conferences with an aim to partner with leading Deep Learning & AI researchers and industrial research labs. Skills Master's or PhD in Computer Science or any related technical field. Minimum 5+ years of experience with publications or notable contributions in Speech Processing and NLP. Understanding of modern techniques in Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, or Speech Recognition. Strong programming knowledge in Python and various ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) Strong mathematical background with a deep understanding of stochastic algorithms and optimization theories. Proficient communication skills and the ability to explain concepts to a diverse crowd. Contribution to open source projects and a knack for mentoring is an added bonus.
