Our client is seeking a Principal Software Engineer with 12–15 years of experience to lead technical initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute to strategic software development efforts.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Lead the creation and innovation of software solutions and technical strategies
Mentor and guide engineering team members on best practices and architectural decisions
Design and implement scalable, high-quality software systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals
Drive code quality, testing standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance system performance and capability
Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
12–15 years of professional software engineering experience
Demonstrated expertise in designing and building large-scale software systems
Strong proficiency in software architecture and system design principles
Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
Proven ability to innovate and drive technical initiatives from concept to delivery
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
