As a Principal Service Engineer, you'll be the technical heartbeat behind largescale, highimpact systems used by caregivers across the organization. You'll partner early with brilliant developers, testers, and PMs to architect resilient, secure, lightningfast services-then continuously evolve them through innovation, automation, deep diagnostics, and rocksolid operational excellence. From designing endtoend service delivery systems, shaping best practices, and owning service health, to driving costefficient scaling, developing strategical workflows, and mentoring the next generation of engineers-you'll be the one who sees around corners, solves problems once and for all, and raises the bar for what great engineering looks like. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

8 or more years of related experience

Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes

Strong experience with n-tier solutions

Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)

Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations

Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements

Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

8 or more years of experience working as a Service Engineer within Supply Chain, Finance, Project Leadership or Systems Development

Experience in a Healthcare environment
