Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise software solutions while setting technical standards and guiding development teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and design scalable, high-performing software solutions
- Lead development efforts across front-end and back-end systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
- Define coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
- Design and implement cloud-based and distributed systems
- Support production systems and troubleshoot complex issues
- Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices
- Participate in architecture reviews and technology selection
- Ensure alignment with business needs and technical strategy
Requirements:
Must-Haves:- 10 years of software engineering experience (or 8 with Master's degree)
- Strong experience with Java and Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with SOLR or similar search technologies
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm (3–4 years)
- Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architecture
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice-to-Haves:- Experience with UI frameworks (Angular, React, Ember, Bootstrap)
- Familiarity with Pix4D or Matic
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
- Exposure to MuleSoft or Salesforce APEX
- Experience across Microsoft, Oracle, or J2EE platforms
