Job Description: Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise software solutions while setting technical standards and guiding development teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and design scalable, high-performing software solutions
Lead development efforts across front-end and back-end systems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
Define coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
Design and implement cloud-based and distributed systems
Support production systems and troubleshoot complex issues
Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices
Participate in architecture reviews and technology selection
Ensure alignment with business needs and technical strategy
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
10 years of software engineering experience (or 8 with Master's degree)
Strong experience with Java and Python
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with SOLR or similar search technologies
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm (3–4 years)
Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architecture
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and microservices architecture
Proficiency with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with UI frameworks (Angular, React, Ember, Bootstrap)
Familiarity with Pix4D or Matic
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
Exposure to MuleSoft or Salesforce APEX
Experience across Microsoft, Oracle, or J2EE platforms
