As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you will operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and client engagement. You will help enterprise clients move from exploration to decisive action by connecting deep architectural understanding with tangible business outcomes. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization—from hands-on architects to executive leadership—translating complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-driven narratives that build trust and drive decisions.

What You'll Do at Pega:

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through complex architecture and technology decisions

+ Connect technical capabilities (e.g., integrations, data flow, security, observability) to real business outcomes

+ Position Pega within the broader enterprise ecosystem, ensuring alignment with client architecture and strategy

+ Lead technical and executive-level conversations, adapting depth based on audience

+ Support complex presales cycles through presentations, workshops, and solutioning

+ Operate across multiple industries and client scenarios in a highly dynamic environment

+ Identify when to go deep technically vs. when to engage SMEs to progress the conversation

+ Continuously build expertise in enterprise architecture, Pega capabilities, and evolving industry trends

Who You Are:

+ A seasoned enterprise architect or presales leader who thrives in client-facing environments

+ A strong communicator who can simplify complex topics and influence decisions

+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities across industries and clients

+ A collaborative partner who knows how to lead conversations without dominating them

+ A proactive, curious problem-solver with a strong commitment to continuous learning

What You've Accomplished:

+ 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, presales, or related technical roles

+ Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with large-scale systems and integrations

+ Background spanning multiple domains (e.g., development, infrastructure, networking, architecture)

+ Proven ability to engage effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive audiences

+ Experience participating in or leading technology evaluations (e.g., RFPs, vendor selection)

+ Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts such as data flow, integration, security, and system interoperability

+ Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into business-relevant outcomes

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 140,400 - 213,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
