Principal Specialist, Packaging Training & Compliance

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Principal Specialist, Packaging Training & Compliance for a position with a Global Pharmaceutical Company located in Athens, GA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role will lead the Packaging (PKG) documentation team to support production through batch documentation review, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and document creation/revision in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements. The specialist will also develop, review, and maintain the training program to meet all compliance and packaging requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Packaging document specialist team through daily operations
• Develop, review, and maintain an up-to-date training program to meet all compliance and packaging requirements
• Oversee the review and approval of manufacturing records, deviations, product holds, change controls, and CAPAs to release product
• Act as a subject matter expert for routine production issues related to deviations and product dispositions
• Implement effective CAPAs to mitigate potential issues in deviations and audits
• Conduct or assist with performance evaluations and development discussions
• Perform all business in accordance with regulations (e.g., EEO, USDA, EU, EMA) and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant scientific discipline
• Experience with batch documentation review, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
• Understanding of compliance procedures and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated high ethical and professional standards

Pay range: up to $32.85 per hour
