Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Principal Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of the Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Inventory Management Program within the Supply Chain Operations organization.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, this individual contributor will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for minimizing inventory exposure across OCI''s rapidly expanding global infrastructure supply chain. The role focuses on identifying inventory risks early, developing mitigation strategies, improving inventory health, and partnering across Supply Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Data Center Operations to optimize inventory investment while supporting business growth.
This role requires deep expertise in supply planning, inventory management, lifecycle planning, and data analytics. The successful candidate will combine strong business judgment with analytical rigor to develop scalable processes, actionable insights, and cross-functional strategies that reduce excess inventory, prevent obsolescence, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Own the end-to-end E&O inventory management program across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure''s global supply chain.
Develop strategies to proactively identify, monitor, and reduce excess and obsolete inventory exposure.
Establish governance, reporting, and operational processes supporting enterprise-wide E&O management.
Partner with planning organizations to integrate E&O considerations into supply planning and purchasing decisions.

Build predictive analytics that identify future E&O risks before they materialize.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Experience
8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, materials planning, operations planning, or supply chain program management.
Demonstrated experience managing excess and obsolete inventory programs or inventory optimization initiatives.
Strong understanding of supply planning, procurement, demand planning, and inventory control processes.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct management responsibility.
Experience supporting large-scale technology, manufacturing, hardware, or cloud infrastructure supply chains preferred.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in inventory analytics and supply chain reporting.
Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or similar visualization tools preferred.
