Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and operationalize Oracle's corporate strategy for waste diversion and minimization, collaborating across various lines of business, including corporate offices and data centers.
  • Own company-wide waste and circularity metrics, define and regularly track, analyze, and report progress towards targets.
  • Oversee OCI's hardware take back program, working with data center operations, hardware, and reverse logistics to maximize reuse and recycling.
  • Standardize and improve waste data accuracy and auditability to inform business strategy and support voluntary and regulatory reporting (e.g., ESRS/CSRD, GRI).
  • Provide guidance, training, and engagement to Oracle teams company-wide, building a shared culture of responsible resource management.
  • Integrate circular procurement and closed-loop material flows into procurement and operational strategies.
  • Engage with external partners, suppliers, and industry coalitions to enhance Oracle's programs and keep pace with best practices and evolving regulations.
  • Own recommendations for sustainability-related solutions, including business cases to get buy-in from senior stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s Degree in sustainability, environmental management, or other closely related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of program management experience in large-scale corporate sustainability or ESG compliance, ideally focused on waste management, resource conservation, or circular economy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in zero-waste concepts, circular procurement, material flow analysis, and waste minimization strategies.
  • Understanding of relevant waste and materials standards and frameworks (e.g., ESRS/CSRD, GRI, global management waste directives, supplier sustainability scorecards).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, leveraging data-driven prioritization and decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of sustainability best practices in complex, dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in data center sustainability.
  • Experience with supplier engagement programs and influencing supply chain sustainability and emissions.
  • Familiarity with circular innovation, book-and-claim models, and supporting emerging green technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise sustainability software (e.g., Workiva, SAP Sustainability, Oracle EPM).
