We're partnering with a leading enterprise organization to identify a Principal Systems Engineer who will play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise workforce technology. This is a highly visible technical leadership position focused on modernizing Microsoft platforms, cloud infrastructure, identity, security, and enterprise architecture that supports more than 90,000 employees worldwide.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for enterprise workforce technology platforms.
Design scalable, secure solutions across Microsoft infrastructure, Azure, identity, endpoint, and security services.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to define engineering roadmaps and deliver enterprise technology solutions.
Drive architectural standards and reusable technical patterns across multiple engineering teams.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve employee and customer experiences.
Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across the organization.
Champion security, operational excellence, and platform reliability in every solution.
11+ years of software and/or infrastructure engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
Deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint technologies, and enterprise security.
Strong experience with identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and enterprise authentication.
Experience designing distributed, highly available, cloud-based enterprise platforms.
Proven success influencing technical strategy and architectural decisions across large organizations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and security best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Experience building enterprise-scale Azure environments and cloud governance frameworks.
Background supporting large internal technology platforms serving thousands of employees.
Fully remote position with occasional travel for team meetings.
