Principal Systems & Integration Engineer

Required Skill Sets: • Typically requires a
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering,
or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a
minimum of 8 years of prior engineering
experience or equivalent experience. • KSA in
Mission Protection, Mission Resiliency,
Customer Operations, Tasking, and/or
Collections. • Experience with project
management. • Experience working
collaboratively in team environment
(Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor)
RFC impact review and assessment experience.
• Experience in enterprise level planning and
implementation. • Systems installation,
integration, and test experience. • An active and
transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government
issued security clearance.

Desired Skill Sets: • Customer
NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods. • Customer
relationships. • Working across contract and
location boundaries. • Atlassian JIRA and
Confluence beneficial. • Years of Experience
Required (if any): Minimum 8+ (P4) years of
prior engineering experience. • Education Level

• Perform project management/project leadership
tasks collaborating with a multitude of customer and
other contractor teams
• Provide Mission Protection knowledge, skills, and
abilities (KSA) to assigned projects, the enterprise,
and to other entities as directed by the customer.
• Serve as an advisor on mission resiliency topics
and capabilities
• Problems and issues faced can fluctuate and
require detailed information gathering, analysis and
investigation to understand the problem and
determine the appropriate resolution.
• Lead interactions and support multiple missions to
include the initialization of new missions
