THE PRINCIPAL - TALENT DEVELOPMENT ROLE
Are you passionate about helping employees, leaders, and teams harness their potential and maximize their effectiveness in support of organizational success? Our Principal Talent Development, will first focus on building a deep and complex understanding of the organization, our culture, and our employee and leadership needs. Grounded in this understanding, they will build and lead a comprehensive, multimodal ecosystem of bespoke development programs and tools, from concept to implementation. These may include the creation of workshops, academies, eLearnings, onboarding programs, learning events, team effectiveness programs, facilitated meetings and offsite experiences, and other solutions that are integrated into a thoughtful employee and leader development journey. The Principal will also serve as a trusted partner for leaders across the organization.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
In partnership with Management, develop the comprehensive strategy and resource allocation for a core Talent Management program based on strong understanding of the business, employee needs, and industry best practices.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Pay Range:
$117,400$211,300 USD
