Microsoft Copilot Platform
oExpert-level familiarity with M365 Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Loop, leveraging Microsoft Graph for organizational data grounding
oStay abreast of new and emerging capabilities in the M365 ecosystem as it applies to Copilot and AI integration
oProficiency with Copilot Studio for building custom agents, with working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI
oAbility to construct effective natural language prompts in M365 contexts and design multi-topic conversational agents with integrated knowledge bases
oUnderstanding of data security boundaries, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, authentication flows (OAuth, SSO, Entra ID), and responsible AI governance
oAbility to extend M365 Copilot through declarative agents, Microsoft Graph connectors, and API plugins, and advise on when to use Copilot Studio versus Azure AI Foundry versus off-the-shelf M365 Copilot capabilities
Productivity & Workflow Skills
oDemonstrated ability to use Copilot to accelerate document drafting, summarization, and email triage
oProficiency with Copilot in Teams for meeting summarization, action item extraction, and follow-up drafting
oAbility to construct effective natural language prompts within M365 Copilot context
oUnderstanding of Copilot Pages and collaborative AI-assisted content creation
Enablement & Evangelism
oAble to run adoption workshops and role-specific training for business users
oComfortable creating before/after workflow demonstrations to drive adoption
oAbility to collect user feedback and surface it to leadership and IT
oFamiliarity with Microsoft Viva, adoption metrics, and Copilot usage reporting in M365 admin center
oAbility to translate business problems into agent or automation use cases
oCapable of leading CoE (Center of Excellence) discussions for Power Platform governance
oComfortable working with both business stakeholders and IT/developers
oWork across business units to enable relevant solution development, delivery enablement and high quality executive consumable documentation
oDesign, blueprint, work with Central IT to support lab environments for team members
oEngage in strategic go to market activities, including public speaking, blog posts, podcasts and social media posts highlighting the company's capabilities
Technical Skills
oAbility to design and build multi-topic conversational agents with escalation paths
oExperience with knowledge base integration (SharePoint, public URLs, uploaded documents)
oAbility to implement generative answers with custom grounding and citation controls
oFamiliarity with Copilot Studio analytics and conversation transcript analysis
oUnderstanding of governance controls: DLP policies, environment strategy, solution management
Integration & Advanced Use
oWork closely with CIT, GIS and CISO offices to understand and implement guardrails for acceptable use and enablement
oExperience extending Microsoft 365 Copilot with declarative agents or plugins
oFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot extensibility model (Graph connectors, message extensions, API plugins)
oAbility to advise on when to use Copilot Studio vs. Azure AI Foundry vs. off-the-shelf Copilot features
oExperience deploying agents across channels: Teams, SharePoint, web, external websites
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Qualifications:
o BA/BS degree and 8-12 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
o 2-4 years in a knowledge worker role (HR, finance, marketing, operations, PMO)
o Strong familiarity with M365 suite; Microsoft 365 Copilot certification a plus
o Change management or training experience preferred
o 4-6 years in Power Platform, enterprise app development, or business process automation
o Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-100, or AI-900/AI-102 preferred
o Experience with low-code/no-code development and citizen developer enablement
