The role of the Principal Trainer is to conduct training classes and provide instruction on various technical topics, including but not limited to the healthcare system EHR electronic health record . The Principal Trainer is a subject matter expert providing ongoing and just-in-time end user e-Health training for new and existing staff. The Principal Trainers participates in IS Projects to provide training support on new functionality. The Principal Trainers serve as a liaison between the application system analysts and business units to communication system changes and explain complex information to non-technical audiences. Epic certification is required.
