Are you an experienced Flood Risk & Drainage professional looking for the opportunity to lead complex, high-profile projects while helping shape the future of a growing consultancy?
We're working exclusively with a highly respected, independent environmental consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation for technical excellence, innovation and collaborative working. With continued growth across its environmental disciplines, they're now looking to appoint a Principal or Associate Director to strengthen their Flood Risk & Drainage team.

You'll lead the delivery of Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies from early feasibility through planning and detailed design. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll advise clients on flood risk constraints and opportunities, develop sustainable drainage solutions, and support the successful delivery of complex development projects.
Alongside technical leadership, you'll play an important role in project management, client relationships, bid support and developing junior members of the team.
Experience with TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, FEH or river restoration would be advantageous but isn't essential.
This is an opportunity to join an employee-focused consultancy that combines technical excellence with a genuinely supportive culture. You'll work alongside recognised experts on nationally significant projects while enjoying the flexibility to balance office and home working.
