Print and Mail Services Support Jacksonville, FL (onsite) 12+Month Contract Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm Driving is required using personal vehicle Description: Area Customer Service Coordinator 12-month contract starting immediately. This position supports university students, corporate and legal employees, and healthcare staff across multiple customer sites. Responsibilities include providing mail, print, scan, and printer support services while traveling between locations as needed. The role requires strong customer service skills, flexibility, dependability, and the ability to work in fast-paced office and healthcare environments. Responsibilities Support daily operations for contracted services across multiple customer locations within an assigned area Provide mail, print, scan, and production print support services Deliver toner, install supplies, and provide first responder printer support throughout customer sites Assist with new account implementations, service expansions, and operational support Cover onsite staff absences, vacations, training, and management support when needed Assist with onboarding, cross-training, and maintaining site procedure guides and operational compliance Perform site inspections to ensure safety and service standards are met Communicate with customers, end users, and management regarding service requests and issue resolution Collect operational data and support monthly reporting activities Travel between multiple locations, including possible same-day site changes within a 4050 mile radius Lift, move, push, or pull equipment and supplies as required Requirements High school diploma and at least 12 months of related work experience required Post-secondary education preferred Production print experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, locations, and customer needs Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record may be required Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and file management Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and coordinate issue resolution efficiently Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to push or pull wheeled equipment up to 400 lbs as needed Comfortable working in office, warehouse, healthcare, and customer-site environments Schedule flexibility required; shifts may vary between early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed Walking between buildings and frequent local travel required Business casual attire required Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
