Print and Packaging Production Manager

We are seeking a Print & Packaging Production Manager/Director to join our team for a full-time opportunity.

Lead and manage a high-performing packaging production team, including mentoring, coaching, and continuously improving processes and systems.

Own end-to-end production for packaging files, including execution, file prep, and CAD renderings for new products, line extensions, and existing SKUs

Ensure production schedules are met and machines/lines are running at full capacity

Oversee preparation of design files for production and product renderings, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to brand guidelines

Manage workflow, timelines, and project traffic from design through final deliverables

Proven experience in print and packaging production management, ideally within CPG, Beauty, Food/Beverage. 10 - 15 years experience at minimum

Experience with promotional packaging, kit design, and value added packaging

Working knowledge of printers, die cutters, robot print assistants 

Strong ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously

Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and color accuracy

Deep understanding of prepress standards, file building, and print production techniques
