Print & Mailroom Operations Associate -Onsite Scottsdale, AZ

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Print & Mailroom Operations Associate to join our team working onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.  

• Operate high volume digital production printers in a corporate mailroom setting
• Fold and insert documents into various envelope types using automated inserter equipment
• Verify print jobs against documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Complete printing, inserting, postage application, and job closure within established timelines
• Perform additional mailroom and production tasks as needed throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
• Follow all company policies related to data privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance

• 1+ year of experience in a print production or mailroom environment
• 1+ year of experience working with Excel, PDF files, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during the workday
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The pay rate for this role is $18.55/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
