In this role, you will:
- Drive execution across Transactional Print Outsourcing Readiness initiatives, including letter digitization and print aggregation efforts.
- Support integration of print processes with Electronic Customer Communications Management (ECCM) platforms.
- Provide hands-on support for DocD and PJADF applications to ensure stability and continuity of print operations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise print workflows and production processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve operational issues and improve print delivery performance.
- Analyze print production data and support troubleshooting activities.
- Work closely with print facility teams and stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
- Utilize Jira for issue tracking, workflow management, and project coordination.
An ideal candidate will have:- Experience supporting enterprise print operations and print production environments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- DocD
- PJADF
- Print Delivery Hub (PDH)
- Ricoh Process Director (RPD)
- Jira
- Experience integrating print processes with Electronic Customer Communications Management (ECCM) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Mail Run Data Files (MRDF) and print production workflows.
- Familiarity with print facilities and end-to-end print lifecycle processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
