Print Operator

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled Print Operator to join our client's team in the Cumming, GA area. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for someone who has experience in operating large-format digital printers in a manufacturing environment.

Pay rate: Up to $24/hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format printing equipment to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration to keep equipment operating at peak performance
• Troubleshoot and repair printing equipment issues to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow
• Monitor print output for color consistency, accuracy, and quality standards
• Safely handle and load large-format media and production materials
• Coordinate with Graphics, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure on-time completion of customer orders
• Document production activities and communicate equipment concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Recommend enhancements to improve printing processes, equipment performance, and product quality
• Follow all company safety requirements, policies, and operating procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating large-format digital printers in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of color management and print production processes
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials
• Ability to stand, squat, walk, bend reach and perform repetitive physical movements throughout the 8-hour shift
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
