Print Production Associate 

Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, $20.50/hr
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday | 10:30 PM – 9:00 AM, $20.80/hr

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55445

Duration: 1-Year Contract


Summary

We are seeking dependable Print Production Associates to support high-volume print operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for operating digital print equipment, processing customer print jobs, performing quality inspections, and ensuring production deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Operate digital printing, copying, and color production equipment.
  • Receive, review, and electronically log customer print requests.
  • Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to meet customer deadlines.
  • Operate high-volume printers, copiers, and related production equipment.
  • Perform routine operator maintenance on equipment.
  • Maintain production reports and billing logs.
  • Track, archive, and back up customer files for future use.
  • Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Work overtime as needed to support production demands.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including:
    • Keyboard and mouse navigation.
    • Email communication.
    • Opening, saving, and organizing files.
    • Data entry.
    • Internet browsing.
    • Sending documents to network printers.
  • Basic math skills, including:
    • Multiplication.
    • Division.
    • Percentages.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Print production or copy center experience.
  • Experience operating high-volume printers, copiers, or finishing equipment.
  • Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or document processing environment.
