We're looking for a Production – Finishing, Support & Operator to play a key hands-on role in our production process. You'll help operate finishing equipment, keep workflow moving, and ensure every product meets our quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate and support finishing equipment (folding, gluing, foiling, cutting)
• Assist with setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Feed, catch, inspect, and pack finished product
• Read job tickets and ensure specs and quality standards are met
• Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed
• Help with packaging, labeling, and production support
• Maintain clean work areas and accurate production records
• Assist with specialty equipment such as operating UV Printers, embroidery equipment and more as needed
