Job Title: Print Production Level 1 Location: Cleveland, OH Job Type: Hourly Consultant Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, M-F Pay: $21.00/hour Essential Functions: Perform routine print production, document assembly, and finishing services to meet customer requirements. Receive, review, and electronically log incoming customer print jobs. Operate standard finishing equipment, including paper cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers, folders, and binding equipment. Operate basic office equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Operate low- to mid-volume production printers and copiers. Perform quality inspections before, during, and after each production run to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. Sort, scan, and convert hardcopy materials into printed or digital formats using standard software applications. Wrap, pack, label, and prepare completed jobs for shipping or delivery. Estimate, schedule, track, and archive production jobs for future reuse, including file backup. Apply asset tags to office equipment and maintain accurate asset records. Track and coordinate office equipment moves, additions, and changes within customer locations. Clean and perform routine operator maintenance on production and office equipment. Monitor equipment performance and contact service personnel when maintenance is required. Process, distribute, and log incoming and outgoing faxes for billing purposes. Receive, log, and distribute accountable mail and incoming packages. Maintain production logs, billing records, meter reads, and operational reports. Process basic forms and perform data entry using a PC. Maintain inventory of production supplies and distribute materials as needed. Perform mail delivery, courier duties, and other administrative support tasks as assigned. Troubleshoot basic production issues to ensure timely completion of customer requests. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Skills: Basic computer proficiency with keyboard, mouse, and general PC operations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to send and receive emails, save and retrieve files, and perform accurate data entry. Basic internet navigation and web browser skills. Ability to send documents to network printers and manage print queues. Basic mathematical skills, including multiplication, division, and percentages. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor with strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. Previous experience in print production, copy center, mailroom, or office services preferred. Post-high school technical training or related experience is preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
