Job Title: Print Production Level 2 Location: St. Louis, MO Job Type: Hourly Consultant Hours: 40 per week (M-F, 8am - 5pm) Pay: $18.50/hour Essential Functions: Receive, review, electronically log, schedule, and track customer print/production jobs. Operate high-volume printers, copiers, cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers, and other finishing equipment. Perform document assembly, finishing, folding, inserting, scanning, sorting, wrapping, packing, labeling, and shipping. Inspect files for fonts, image resolution, registration, and other production issues. Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs. Process forms, faxes, digital files, and basic document conversions using standard software. Maintain equipment, perform basic operator maintenance, collect meter reads, and coordinate service requests. Maintain supply inventory, production/billing logs, and job backups. Apply asset tags and update equipment databases; track office equipment moves, adds, and changes. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with service personnel as needed. Provide basic equipment training to customer end-users. Lift up to 50 pounds. Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. PC, email, Internet/Intranet, network printer, file management, and data-entry skills. Ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, sort/filter data, import/export information, and move data between Word and Excel. Basic math skills, including multiplication, division, and percentages. Strong customer service, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills. Professional and dependable with the ability to work in a production environment. Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Experience with print production, document finishing, office equipment, or high-volume printers preferred. Post-high-school technology training or equivalent technical experience required. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post-high-school technology training or equivalent experience required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
