Print Production & Mailroom SpecialistRequired Education: High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Qualifications/Skills/Experience:Excellent customer service skillsGood PC skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and email applicationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksExperience performing quality checks on materials and documentsAbility to operate office machines and technical equipmentAbility to stand for the entire shift as requiredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds when neededExperience operating high-volume copy, print, imaging, or mail management equipmentAbility to open, save, transfer, and manage electronic files using established protocolsExperience maintaining records, inventories, logs, and documentationPreferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:Experience operating high-volume document imaging systemsExperience with document management systemsExperience in mailroom, print production, records management, or office services environmentsExperience performing bindery, finishing, quality control, and final inspection activitiesExperience with shipping and receiving operationsExperience supporting conference room setups and general facility servicesExperience responding to customer service requests in a fast-paced environmentPrint Production & Mailroom Specialist Overview:The Print Production & Mailroom Specialist provides operational support across document production, imaging, mail services, shipping and receiving, and general office services functions. This role is responsible for operating high-volume duplicating, imaging, and mail management equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of customer requests. The position supports daily business operations by processing documents, distributing mail and supplies, maintaining equipment functionality, and assisting with a variety of administrative and facility-related tasks. The successful candidate will work with high-volume copy machines, document imaging systems, mail management equipment, and various finishing and bindery tools.Responsibilities include opening, saving, transferring, and managing electronic files, operating document management systems, maintaining service logs, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring equipment remains operational through routine inspections and basic troubleshooting. The role also involves shipping and receiving materials, processing mail and fax communications, maintaining records, and supporting customer service requests. Additional responsibilities may include conference room setup, office moves, filing and archiving records, light maintenance activities, and occasional housekeeping duties. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production-oriented environment, standing for extended periods, operating specialized equipment, and handling physical tasks as needed. This position reports to site leadership and plays a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations while delivering high-quality service to internal customers.Job Duties:Operate high-volume copy, print, and duplicating equipmentPerform document binding, finishing, and quality control activitiesOperate document imaging equipment and related softwareOperate high-volume mail management systemsGenerate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systemsProcess incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packagesApply appropriate postage and distribute mail and materialsShip and receive products and suppliesMaintain copier functionality and perform routine inspectionsClear paper jams and coordinate service requests when neededMaintain inventory records and supply levelsDistribute office supplies and materialsRespond to customer requests and service inquiriesMaintain billing logs, service logs, and meter recordsDeliver completed jobs to designated locationsOperate document management systemsPerform filing, archiving, and document retention activitiesAssist with conference room and meeting room setupsSupport office and occupant moves within assigned facilitiesPerform light maintenance and occasional housekeeping dutiesOperate bindery and finishing equipment, including paper cutters, hole drills, shrink-wrap machines, joggers, tape machines, stackers, and electric staplersPerform additional duties as assigned**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
