SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Print Production Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution, process control, quality discipline, scheduling adherence, material coordination, and continuous improvement of the print production operation. This role provides dedicated leadership in the print room to ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality, customer commitments, or process standards. The position requires hands-on knowledge of the print production industry, including digital print equipment, media/laminate handling, color and sample verification, environmental/process controls, finishing handoffs, and the operational discipline required to run a reliable, high-output print production environment.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)
- Bachelor''s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Print Production, Graphic Communications, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in print production, digital printing, manufacturing operations, or a related production environment.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes, equipment, quality standards, material handling, finishing operations, and production workflow management, with demonstrated experience managing schedules, capacity, labor planning, and material readiness in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to leverage production metrics, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and visual management tools to improve quality, throughput, uptime, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
- Strong ability to interpret technical and production documentation, lead and develop teams, communicate effectively across functions, and drive problem-solving, accountability, and collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly supervise print production employees.
