Printing Operator / Production Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with possible overtime as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Printing Operator / Production Associate
to join a busy print production team. This position is responsible for operating
printing equipment, preparing materials, monitoring print quality, and assisting with
general production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate printing equipment and related production machinery
  • Set up jobs according to work orders and production specifications
  • Load paper, ink, and other materials as needed
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Assist with cutting, folding, packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Qualifications
  • Previous printing, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow job instructions and work orders
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus


Compensation

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
