Job Description:
The Reproduction Associate position is responsible for Scanning, Digital Printing, Email(sending/replying), Customer Service, Custom Tab Creation, Mini Books, and Lamination. Heavy production skills required for this role. They will be responsible for covering the reception desk while main receptionist takes their lunch break. This is an entry-level role and will not require any supervisor/coordinator duties. No extensive lifting, standing, or walking, must be able to lift 50lbs assistance is available. Candidates MUST have prior reproduction experience. Good customer service, phone, and email etiquette skills are needed. Any prior leadership roles are a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. On a regular basis

Job Responsibilities:
•Check email inbox
•Clean up and organize email inbox
•Reply to client's email request
•Maintain a clean and organize work space
•Communicate with supervisor or client regarding concerns and/or deadline issues.
•Maintain inventory(paper, toner)
•Prioritize workflow.
•Assist co-workers in order to meet deadlines
•Answer Business Center telephone line
•Manage time wisely
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. On a regular basis
