Based in Oceanside, CA, you’ll be the conductor of our print production workflow—moving projects seamlessly from intake to final delivery. You’ll translate creative intent into precise production plans, keep schedules on track, and protect quality at every turn.
Your impact
- Guide end-to-end production, ensuring projects land on time and exactly to spec.
- Partner with designers and clients to clarify requirements, materials, and finishing details.
- Own schedules and vendor coordination, aligning timelines with quality checkpoints.
- Inspect printed outputs and enforce standards through diligent quality control.
- Troubleshoot production snags quickly to keep work moving.
- Track industry trends and evolving print technologies to enhance our process.
- Maintain clear documentation of production activity and organized inventory records.
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in graphic design or a related field is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in print production or a closely related function.
- Solid knowledge of print processes, substrates/materials, and production equipment.
- Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational habits.
- Calm under deadlines; skilled at juggling multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and with clients/vendors.
