Print Room Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a Print Room Operator responsible for operating digital, engraving and offset printing equipment, preparing digital files, and ensuring high-quality output with strong computer workflow skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate print production equipment.
• Manage digital file preparation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor quality control and maintain production logs.
• Coordinate with design/operations teams.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with print software (e.g., RIP software, PDF/X workflows).
• Strong computer skills (Windows/Mac, file management, basic network troubleshooting).
• Attention to detail and organizational ability.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-volume print environment.
• Basic understanding of color management.
