Job Title: Print Shop Production Worker (Entry Level)
Location: Eastlake
Pay: $16.00/hour (with print shop experience)
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Print Shop Production Workers to join our fast-paced print shop team. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of printing and finishing equipment, with opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various print shop equipment including inkjet printers, inserters, bindery, cutters, and sorters
Maintain high quality standards while following detailed production procedures
Prepare printed materials for postal delivery
Ensure production goals are met in a fast-paced environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Operate a tow motor (preferred but not required)
Qualifications:
Must be detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and able to work well with others
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Previous print shop or production experience is a plus
