Print Shop Clerk - 1st Shift Compensation

• $16.38 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Print Shop Clerk - 1st Shift Highlights

• Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (1st shift)
• On-site position in Woonsocket, RI (02895)
• May require periodic overtime on nights/weekends, including off-hour emergency response

Print Shop Clerk - 1st Shift Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume duplicating/copy equipment and perform associated copying tasks
• Perform binding and finishing work; may use shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, jogger, stapler, tape machine, stackers, and other bindery equipment
• Operate document imaging equipment, document image handling software, and MS Office/email for file handling (open/save/send/retrieve)
• Ensure convenience copiers are operating properly; perform daily quality checks, clear paper jams, and coordinate service calls as needed
• Sort, distribute, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes; apply postage as required
• Ship and receive materials and supplies; maintain supply inventories and records for reporting
• Deliver completed jobs to designated customer locations (may include travel between buildings)
• Maintain daily meter/service logs and keep copier areas clean, neat, and well stocked
• Support meeting/conference room set-ups and other light facility support tasks as assigned

Print Shop Clerk - 1st Shift Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Strong customer service skills
• Good basic PC skills and organizational skills (ability to prioritize)
• Ability to quality check materials for accuracy
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed (includes operating a cutting machine)

Print Shop Clerk - 1st Shift Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in print/copy/production, mailroom, document imaging, or office services
• Experience operating high-volume copiers and bindery/finishing equipment
