Job Description

Ensure production output meets requirements; work orders are completed correctly, legibly, and on time. Lead must be familiar with and possess ability to operate all equipment in the Print Shop Department. Lead is required to document traceability of products used in the hobe printing process. Will learn to operate the print machine and perform all production tasks in the department following the process specifications and safety instructions. The lead will oversee the crew members on a daily basis. Lead must be able to assist operators in all aspects of their job. Complete data entry of ZTS transactions as well as other production related data. Lead must be able to learn, train, and apply all requirements established by Safran Quality Assurance.

Job Requirements

Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English. Be familiar with and have ability to locate, read, and understand up to date revisions of Specifications and Work Instructions. Prior leadership experience is a plus. Must have the ability to lead others and communicate clearly will all levels of personnel. Basic mathematics, measuring and computer skills are required.
